Training and Safety Solutions requires and collates student particulars in order to have your attendance officially recorded.
Student and course data is used by Training and Safety Solutions to meet statutory obligations as required by the Department of Education and Training.
Each student has the right to gain access to their academic records and has the capacity make amendments to their personal details.
Student information can be requested by applying in writing to Training and Safety Solutions. An appointment can be made with Training and Safety Solutions student support personnel, who will provide the specific documentation requested by the individual.
If the client requests a written copy of the course certificate, statement of attainment or student record, it will be mailed to the client’s address.
An administrative cost will be charged for this service and is determined by the Operations Manager of Training and Safety Solutions.
